Nina Hardy is a New York-based design consultant with an extensive background in the industry of home.

Since establishing her own firm in 2025, she has been partnering with a broad range of clients including retailers, manufacturers, and architects to develop elegant and distinctive products and interiors. These objects and spaces are consistently rooted in history, craft, and human connection.

Nina previously led design direction for Lighting, Hardware, and Decorative Accessories at West Elm in Brooklyn. Prior to that, she managed the design and product development for Furniture, Lighting, and Home Accents for Williams-Sonoma Home in San Francisco. Additional past experience includes RH, Martha Stewart Living, Bec Brittain, and Fort Standard.

Originally from Massachusetts, she holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
